"Today we hosted Brompton Academy in our latest basketball match, and this will be a short write-up!
Last week we played with fire, intensity, sharpness, and it was beautiful. I was describing it to everyone I know as if it was some Hollywood movie. This week... the opposite!
Did we win? YES! Would we agree it was a good game of basketball? NO! But a win is a win, and it's more points on the league table. The boys agreed throughout and after that there wasn't going to be much to say in this write-up. Final score: WUTC 47 - Brompton 23.
On a real positive, Sam did keep us all entertained with his 'interesting' solo efforts and I want to say well done to Captain Malachi for rotating the team and also giving a new Year 9 player Adrian his debut.
I'm still very proud of all of you, and glad you had some fun today, but next week in our final match we turn it back on and dominate!"
