Student Entitlement

Through your time at Waterfront UTC, you should get:

  • Independent and impartial careers guidance
  • Support to help you make choices and create a career plan for the future
  • A programme of careers education to help you develop skills and knowledge to make choices and feel prepared to enter the working environment
  • Many opportunities to speak with employers who can inform you on the range of roles and prospects in the Engineering, Construction and Design industries
  • Opportunity to learn about the world of work through work experience

Careers Coordinator

Waterfront UTC’s Careers Coordinator is Mrs L Taylor, who can be found in room 2.33 or contacted via email: (or calling 01634 505800).

You can arrange a Careers Interview by initially contacting Mrs Taylor. This will be a one-to-one interview in person, either with Mrs Taylor or an external careers advisor, depending on your requirements.
